NOTE: DO NOT call the Best Western 800 # as they will more than likely NOT be aware of the Group Code and will therefore book at their standard rates.
Banquet and Reunion fees: $45 per person
Our Banquet (evening of the 3rd) will be at the Black Angus Restaurant, which is physically attached to the Best Western. This time around we plan on having a plated dinner served rather than a buffet.
You will have a choice of ONE entrée, Steak or Chicken. There will also be a cash bar for attendees convenience.
Payment: The ONLY payment the Association requires in advance is the Banquet & Reunion Fees. All hotel fees will be the responsibility of the attendee/s with the Best Western directly. The Banquet/Reunion Fees payment should be made by check, payable to:

currently NO scheduled events, other than we will have one All Hands
meeting sometime during this timeframe. Exact date and time
will be set once we know the day that most folks will be
available. As most are aware there are numerous things to do
